When will my order be ready?

Some things take longer than others, enjoy detailed timeframes here. Most small orders (1-6 items) will be ready to ship or collect within 5 business days, larger orders will take a little longer. Contact us for an estimate if you're in a particular hurry and we'll do our best to accomodate. Can I pick up my order in person?

Indeed. Pick ups available from our locations in Fitzroy, Prahran, Preston and Kensington.

How much does everything cost?

Will you make my idea look good?

Of course. We have excellent people standing by to advise and offer design help, we can work with even the merest hint of an idea.

What are your t-shirts like?

We stock astonishingly excellent premium tees from AS Colour. We also print hoodies, jumpers, hats, tea towels and tote bags, which aren’t shirts. They’re bags. But they’re still great. See our full range here.

Question 7

Can I bring my own garments or fabric?

Certainly, if it'll fit in our machines, we'll give it a go. So far we've printed underwear, pillowcases, silk, denim and even a muumuu. Read up further on BYO printing here.

What type of printing do you use?

We use a mix of digital printing, vinyl transfer, sublimation and screen printing. We assess your order needs and priorities to choose the most suitable method. If you're interested in the differences between each approach, head here.

What's the maximum print size?

In most cases it's 35x40cm, but screen printed orders can go a few centimetres larger.

Question 10

I have artwork, what file format is best?

We’re not too fussy. Vector artwork or high res pngs with a transparent background are ideal, but we can work with .eps .ai .psd .jpg and some other things that start with a dot.

Will my colours look nice?

Yes, but there may be some variation between the physical print and what you see on screen. If colour accuracy is of utmost importance, let us know when you order.

What about copyright?

Question 14

How do I care for my prints?

Accepted Answer

Turn inside-out and wash in a cold gentle cycle, or by hand, using mild detergent. Dry out of direct sun, and no tumble drying allowed. If ironing is your thing, keep garment inside out. Faint marks from our heat set process may be visible, but will vanish after a wash.
