Give A Shirt 2023

Give A Shirt is a fundraiser platform by Das T-Shirt Automat, created to raise and donate cash to not-for-profits doing good work in our community.

We get to print shirts that look good and do good, and will be worn around to spread the word for years to come.

In 2023 we’re raising cash for the animals! Kits Tattoo designed our ‘Family’ tee, with all proceeds donated to Forever Friends Animal Rescue.

This Year's Cause

Forever Friends operate out of a sprawling sanctuary in the Yarra Valley, where they rehome and rehabilitate vulnerable animals. It's largely run by volunteers, freely giving care and comfort to range of domestic and ex-farm animals, until they find a new family. 

Why Forever Friends?

We chose this cause for the creatues in our lives that have got us through tricky times. Animals become part of the family and part of our stories, so it's only fair we take care of them in return. All funds raised will help to improve FFAR facilities, to reach and rehome more animals. 

Kits Tattoo 

Kate Nataka aka Kits Tattoo is a stick and poke master, working out of Naarm. They are known for their joyful and anthropomorphic animal designs, a very fitting choice to dream up our gang of rescue animals.

The Animals

We were lucky enough to tour the Forever Friends sanctuary and meet some of the charming occupants. The volunteers introduced us to excitable pigs, very large cows and a gang of needy goats. There were battery hens getting a second lease on life, and dogs and cats receiving excellent care and comfort while they're in limbo. While there's plenty of space on the property, they're in need of more shelters. They are often at or over capacity, so extra resources helps them take in more animals.
